Who can join Summer Shredding?

Any OneLife Redmill member or personal training client is welcome to join. It’s designed for all fitness levels — from beginners to experienced gym-goers.

What if I’m new to working out?

No problem! The program includes beginner-friendly workout options, at-home training plans, and full guidance through the workbook and group sessions.

Do I have to attend all the group workouts and seminars?

No — they’re highly recommended but not required. They’re a great way to stay motivated, connect with others, and get extra coaching, but you can still fully complete the program without attending every session.

How do I track my progress?

Participants will get InBody body fat testing at the start, mid-point, and end of the program. Plus, the workbook includes trackers for workouts, nutrition, cardio, and mindset habits

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?

Yes, you'll need a membership at OneLife Fitness, Redmill. However, you’ll get both gym-based and at-home workout options.

At home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells. If you do go to a gym, we’ll give you a gym-based training plan too.

Is there a meal plan?

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter meal plans. Instead, you’ll learn how to build meals around your goals using foods you enjoy. You’ll get sample meals, high-protein recipes, shopping lists, and macro guidelines to keep it simple

How is this different from other challenges?

This isn't a quick fix. It’s built around a real, sustainable system we use with our coaching clients every day. You won’t just get workouts and walk away—you’ll get tools, coaching, and education that help you build habits for life.

Definitely not. This is for real people who want real results—no six-pack required to start.

Can I do this if I’m busy with work/kids/life?

Absolutely. The plan is designed to fit your life, not take it over.

How long are the workouts?

Most workouts take around 30-40 minutes. You’ll also learn how to stay active throughout the day without spending hours in the gym.
